Kenjo Data Import

Converts Amazon Itineraries exports into the Kenjo import format (attendance.xlsx).
1. Upload Itineraries files (.xlsx)
Drag Itineraries files here (a single day or a whole month)
or click to select — the shift date is read from the file name
How the conversion works
The driver's name is automatically replaced with the email from the internal roster; unmatched rows are flagged and you fill them in manually.
Break = Total break time used from Itineraries, but never below the legal minimum: under 6h → 0 · 6h–9h → 30 min · over 9h → 45 min. The break is placed at the midpoint of the shift, rounded to 5 minutes.
If the same driver appears on multiple rows in one file (e.g. two routes in one day, marked with a ⚭ badge), they're merged into a single row: first sign-in → last sign-out, with the real gap between routes used as the break.
A 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 helper badge marks routes that had a helper (ride-along) — shown for information only, no row is generated automatically for them.
You can manually edit the break before downloading; for rows without an email you can fill in the address and click + roster to save it directly to the shared roster (synced to the database, visible for everyone).
